I'm CPA-trained on confidentiality and audited Delta's first internal audit function, where the cost of a data leak was an FAA fine. Every system I build gets risk-assessed before it goes live.
Engagements are scoped and paid in monthly retainer with clear deliverables. If we hit a fit issue in the first two weeks, we can part ways and you only pay for time delivered. Digital products (the SOP Suite) are non-refundable due to immediate full access, but if you're refund-related, email admin@f28co.com.
Both. Based in Atlanta. Most engagements are remote with weekly working sessions on Zoom plus async support. Some clients want on-site days for kick-off, leadership offsites, or quarterly check-ins. I'll travel for the right engagement.

AI engagements end in working AI agents, prompt libraries, knowledge bases, and decision layers, with the same risk-aware, P&L-tied lens applied.
